Verify Zoho CRM records and tag the result
Sign in with Zoho, choose a saved view, and every record's email address is verified. The verdict is written as a native Zoho CRM tag, so it shows on the record and works in views, filters and workflows.
- No export, no re-import
- Catch-all and unknown are free
- Nothing is ever hard-deleted
How the Zoho CRM integration works
- 1
Connect Zoho CRM
Sign in with your Zoho account and approve Prime Verifier. We never see your password.
Choose the saved view you want checked. Building a view first (for example, leads created this quarter) lets you verify exactly the records you care about.
- 2
Choose a saved view
Pick the saved view you want checked. We pull its addresses and remove duplicates first, so an address listed twice is only verified, and charged, once.
- 3
We verify it in the background
Every address goes through the full check: syntax, domain and MX records, disposable and role detection, and a live conversation with the receiving mail server. The run shows in your Bulk Jobs like any other, so you can close the tab.

Results land in Zoho CRM
Each record gets a native Zoho CRM tag: pv-good, pv-risky, pv-invalid or pv-unknown. Tags appear on the record and can be used in custom views and workflow criteria.
What each result means
Every address gets exactly one of these, written to Zoho CRM as described above.
| Result | Meaning | Credit |
|---|---|---|
| pv-good | The mailbox was confirmed to exist. Safe to send. | 1 |
| pv-risky | A catch-all domain: it accepts every address, so the mailbox could not be confirmed either way. | Free |
| pv-invalid | The mailbox does not exist. Sending here earns a hard bounce. | 1 |
| pv-unknown | No definite answer from the mail server (blocked, greylisted or timed out). | Free |
Cleaning up Zoho CRM
Remove invalid tags those records pv-removed rather than deleting anything, so your CRM history is untouched and you decide what happens next.
Removal is always your choice and never deletes anything. pv-risky and pv-unknown are never removed, because neither proves an address is bad. If a sync fails part way, nothing is written back at all rather than acting on partial results.
Why Zoho CRM users verify
Sales teams import leads from events, lists and enrichment tools, and a share of those addresses never existed. Verifying a view before outreach keeps sequences from bouncing and keeps reps working real leads.
What it costs
A Zoho CRM sync costs exactly what verifying those addresses any other way would: 1 credit per definite answer (valid, invalid or disposable). Catch-all, unknown and error results are free, because none of them confirms anything. Credits never expire, and new accounts get free credits to try it, no card needed. See pricing for packs.
Zoho CRM integration FAQ
What can I verify in Zoho CRM?
Any saved view. Create a view with the records you want checked, then choose it when you start a sync.
Does it delete Zoho records?
No. Records you choose to remove are tagged pv-removed. Nothing is deleted.
Can I use the verdict in Zoho workflows?
Yes. The verdicts are ordinary Zoho tags, so workflow rules and custom views can filter on them.
