Verify every new email in your Zaps, the moment it arrives
Prime Verifier is a published Zapier app with two actions, Verify Email and Find Email. Put one in the middle of any Zap and every address coming from a form, a CRM or a spreadsheet is checked before the next step runs.
- Checks each record as it arrives
- Catch-all and unknown are free
- Nothing is ever hard-deleted
How the Zapier integration works
- 1
Connect the app
Add Prime Verifier to a Zap and connect it with your API key from the dashboard.
- 2
Add a step after your trigger
Use Verify Email after a trigger (new form entry, new lead, new row) and a Filter or Paths step after it to route good, risky and invalid addresses differently.
- 3
Act on the answer
The step returns the result (ok, invalid, catch_all, disposable or unknown), a quality grade (good, risky or bad), the 0-100 risk score, the mailbox provider and catch-all, disposable and role-address flags, as fields the next steps of your Zap can use: write them to your CRM, skip invalid leads, or alert someone.
Keeping bad addresses out
Zapier works per record, so there is no list cleanup step. Use a Filter after Verify Email to stop invalid addresses from reaching your list in the first place.
Why Zapier users verify
The cheapest bad address is the one that never gets in. Verifying at the moment of capture keeps forms, CRMs and lists clean without anyone running a bulk job later.
What it costs
Each Verify Email step uses 1 credit when it gives a definite answer: valid, invalid or disposable. Catch-all, unknown and error results are free, because none of them confirms anything. Credits never expire, and new accounts get free credits to try it, no card needed. See pricing for packs.
Zapier integration FAQ
What does a Verify Email step cost?
The same as any verification: 1 credit for a definite result (valid, invalid or disposable). Catch-all, unknown and error results are free.
Is this the same as the native connectors?
No. Native connectors verify a whole list and write the verdicts back. Zapier checks one record at a time as it moves through a workflow. Many teams use both.
Can I find an email address with Zapier?
Yes. Find Email takes a first name, last name and company domain and returns the most likely address. It costs 10 credits only when we confirm the mailbox; misses and catch-all domains are free.
