Integrations

Your list stays where it is. We check it there and leave the answers behind.

Connect the tool your list already lives in

13 tools plug straight in. Sign in, or paste an API key if you would rather, then choose a list. We work through it in the background while you get on with something else.

When it finishes, the answers are already sitting on your contacts. You can filter on them immediately. There is no file to download and nothing to import back.

Spreadsheets

Google Sheets

You set all of these up from Integrations in your dashboard. If you want to know exactly what each one is allowed to see before you connect it, that is written out in the connector docs.

Your tool is not on the list? Use Zapier

Our Zapier app is live, and that opens up more than 9,000 other apps. Verify an address the moment someone fills in a form, or check a lead before it reaches your CRM. You build it by dragging steps around, not by writing code.

Zapier

Available now

Live on Zapier. Drop a Verify Email or Find Email step into any Zap, anywhere in the middle of it, and you can wire us to 9,000+ other apps without writing anything.

Make

Modules specified

Our own Make app is being built. You do not have to wait for it: Make's HTTP module and your API key work today.

n8n

Node built, listing pending

Our node is finished and waiting on n8n's review. Until it lands, the HTTP Request node and your API key take about a minute to set up.

If you are setting one up by hand, the quickstart has the request ready to copy.

Working from a spreadsheet

With a mailing tool, you point at a list and that is that. A spreadsheet needs three answers: which file, which tab, and which column holds the addresses. Google Sheets asks you for all three.

We show you a few real values from every column and highlight the one that looks like email, so it is usually a single click. Take the second to check it, though. If you point us at the wrong column we will dutifully verify a list of first names and charge you for every row.

The answers appear in a new Prime Verifier column next to your data, lined up row by row. Run it again next month and that same column updates in place, so you do not end up with five of them. Everything else in the sheet is left exactly as you had it. We never delete a row, move one, or reorder anything.

One more thing worth knowing: Google only lets us open the specific files you choose. We cannot see the rest of your Drive, and we do not ask to.

What happens when you run one

We pull the addresses out of the list you chose and drop any duplicates, so you are not paying twice for the same person. Each one then goes through exactly the same checks as any other verification we do. Nothing about a connector makes the result different.

Then we write the answers back. Every address comes home with one of five labels:

  • Valid. The mailbox is there. Send with confidence.
  • Invalid. There is no mailbox. Send here and you get a bounce.
  • Risky. The domain accepts everything, so nobody can confirm this one either way. Free.
  • Disposable. A throwaway address. It probably works today and will be gone next week.
  • Unknown. The mail server would not tell us. Free.

You only pay for the ones we can confirm. Valid, invalid and disposable cost a credit each, because each of those tells you something you can act on. Risky and unknown are free. A catch-all domain accepts every address anyone tries, so it never proves your contact is real, and we are not going to charge you for a shrug. Connecting a tool carries no fee of its own.

Nothing gets deleted. If you ask us to clear out the bad addresses, we unsubscribe or suppress them, which is what you would have done by hand. Risky and unknown are only ever labelled, never removed, because neither of them proves the address is bad. And if a run breaks halfway through, we write nothing at all. Half a list is worse than none, since you cannot tell which half to trust.

If you would rather build it yourself

Everything the connectors do is available directly, so you can put verification wherever it actually belongs in your own setup.

What we are building next

These are on the way, and they will work just like the ones above. None of them is a reason to wait: if your tool is on this list, Zapier or the API will connect it today.
